Silly thing at work.

Of course, I don't really talk about my work on my main blog, but this is a special blog, why not? This is going to be my voice on things that should not matter.

Yesterday, was  a pretty good day, training a new employee, before I leave to Fanime Con 2010.

The week before , they asked me to train another new employee, on a day that a previous manager left the photo lab in ruins and I had to clean it up and then do a proper diagnosis of the problem.

Train a new employee in the middle of a mess, How can I do that?

I could only show her how to solve the problem but not how to run the lab, like entering orders into the computer system, or even how to load film into the negative processor. I could not even teach her how to sell the photo orders to the customers. That was a really bad night.
